What is the warranty period for the machinery?
The standard warranty period is 12 months, with the possibility of extending it to 24 or 36 months upon request. We offer flexible solutions to ensure operational continuity and maximum peace of mind even in the long term.
Do you have an after-sales service?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive after-sales service. We guarantee lifetime remote assistance at no additional cost, to support our clients quickly and effectively even after system installation.
Do you offer maintenance services / Sell spare parts?
Yes, we directly handle maintenance when requested, but we also provide the end customer with all the tools to perform routine maintenance independently. We provide specific training to personnel, along with technical manuals and video tutorials included in the supply.
Regarding spare parts, we can supply them directly, but we also leave the client the freedom to purchase them independently from the component supplier.
