The remote control software allows you to view on your PC desktop an exact copy of what is displayed on the robot’s screen.
This makes it possible to perform all operations as if you were standing in front of the robot’s electrical cabinet (motor power cannot be enabled, as a visual check by the operator is required before turning the reset key).
Access can be granted only to authorized personnel and protected via password.
Control can be carried out from a PC within the company LAN or remotely via an internet connection (for example, when remote assistance from one of our technicians is required without an on-site intervention).
The system can also be equipped with cameras to monitor what is happening on the line—particularly useful for very long systems or for areas not directly visible from the control cabinet.
The cameras can also make the video stream available directly over the internet.
It is also possible to install Skype on the robot PC, allowing direct voice communication with one of our technicians free of charge, without the need for phones or mobile devices.
