Italiana Robot provides subtitled video tutorials in Italian and English to support operators, improve their knowledge and ensure correct and safe use of our automated lines.
These videos are stored on the machine’s PC and are also included on the USB drive delivered at the end of the installation as a backup.
The topics covered include:
1) Safety guidelines
2) Ordinary maintenance guidelines
3) Basic operating procedures

In addition, a PDF file (in Italian and English) is provided for printing a quick reference guide, which can be placed near the control panel or handed directly to the personnel responsible for the different operational phases.
Should the customer need to train new staff independently, these materials can be used as a solid foundation for more accurate and comprehensive training.
