All electrical control panels are entirely designed and built by our specialized in-house staff, using top-quality materials and leading brands available on the market (see Components). A dedicated copper grounding bar, insulated from the structure, is used to ensure correct and efficient earthing, with all grounding connections properly managed. The main three-phase disconnect switch is lockable, ensuring maximum safety for maintenance personnel. The use of a regenerative power supply guarantees energy savings during robot operation. EMI filters installed on the power supply of the brushless drives ensure compliance with electromagnetic interference regulations. The electrical phases are perfectly balanced, making power factor correction devices unnecessary. Data transmission between drives, controller, remote I/O modules, terminals, and the industrial PC is fully digital (see Full Digital). The use of an industrial PC with no moving parts (no fans or hard disks) ensures maximum long-term reliability.
Our controller can manage: up to 6 axes simultaneously, 28 inputs, 28 outputs, 4 RS232, 2 RS485, CAN bus, 2 analog inputs (0–10 V) The entire system scan time is approximately 7 milliseconds (see M10 Controller).
