Electrical control panels are entirely manufactured by our specialized personnel, using top-quality materials and the leading brands available on the market
(see Components).
An insulated copper grounding bar is used, with all protective earth connections routed directly to it, ensuring effective and reliable grounding.
The main three-phase disconnect switch is lockable, guaranteeing safety during maintenance operations.
The use of a regenerative power supply ensures energy savings during robot operation.

EMI filters on the brushless drive power supply allow compliance with electromagnetic compatibility standards. The phases are fully balanced, making power factor correction devices unnecessary.
Data transmission between drives, controller, remote I/O, terminals and the industrial PC is fully digital
(see Full Digital). The use of an industrial PC without moving parts (fans and hard disks) guarantees maximum long-term reliability.
Our controller can manage: up to 6 axes simultaneously 28 inputs, 28 outputs, 4 RS232, 2 RS485, CAN bus 2 analog inputs (0–10 V), with a full system scan time of approximately 7 milliseconds (see M10 controller.)
